I’ve recently had a big promotion in work stemming from my technical abilities and I’m researching ways to improve my overall communication and confidence with people. Most of the people at my new level are communicators and ‘people’ managers so I need to be able to communicate confidently on their level…I’ve targeted Alpha A314 as it sounds like it enhanses the natural ‘leader’ traits and this is how I want to come accross to my newly aquired team…I want to project confidence to give them confidence.Anyway, just wanted to say hi…will contribute soon but for now I have plenty of reading/researching to do and perhaps an order form to fill in****

However, if you also want not only the fear me, I’m THE Alpha Here, like a Clint Eastwood Vibe or James Bond, like the Pierce Brosnan version…, just with A314. If you get the spray, /B version, it will be a quick hitting mone vibe.

I’m a laid back guy…I’ve never been confident having low self esteem due to yo-yo weight fighting most of my adult life and spending my first 17 years of working life on a factory floor havng not fulfilled my potential.
I’ve quit smoking after 25 years of puffing on those silly white sticks (January) and feel a surge within myself to get healthy and start to appraoch my life more professionally both at work and with my family and friends…I want to be the guy I had glimpses of 10 year ago when I was confident and assured. If anything at the moment I’m too laid back…at the moment I let people get away with murder but I know what needs to change and how to do it…maybe IJ will play a part in the future on certain people but to start with I want the respect and confidence tools.
I work in a highly corporate environment, actually I’m a Brit working for a US company and struggling with the way you guys are at management levels i.e. it really is law of the jungle over there! …its no disrespect, its just different to the British approach and I feel I want to take any advantage I can to improve my confidence and be able to communicate effectively with my peers. Its taken much hard work to get where I am and I’m damned if I’m going to let a little thing like communication get in my way or worse, getting trampled by the alpha males I’m suddenly meeting with on a daily basis…I need to become one again. So my dip into mones will be coupled with a health regiem, a change of image and a completely new outlook and approach to life in general…it was due, I was stagnating…hoping the mones will give me a start until other aspects catch up and then the mones can give me an edge.
