Personality: Introvert, quiet, and non-confrontational. I have no desire to be “The Life of the Party”; I prefer to be a UTR kind of guy. I can take charge but it’s a strain on me. I can be laid back/casual but I will not be a doormat.

Bugatti already gave good advises. I also think Instant Gentleman would go along with your personality. Along with that you need something sexual and Ammo or TUTH is way to go. They are both sexual products but their difference is that Ammo is well buffered with other mones and is more laid back. You can wear it on its own or mix with other mones. On the other hand TUTH is very strait forward sexual and you can scare people if using too much or if not buffered with social mones. Since you are 54 you can probably tolerate mone none than some younger guys.
Instant Openness is something you should definedly order. It should help you when conversing with people.
