I’m a 24 yr old from Memphis, TN. I am just now beginning college and I am kinda shy. I am hoping pheros will make the whole college experience more enjoyable for me. Most of the time I’m pretty outgoing, except when I’m talking to a girl I find attractive.
Now I am 6’ 1 and fairly skinny at around 165 lbs, however I’m told quite often that I’m attractive. Even so, I am still quite shy when it comes to meeting new girls and carrying on conversations with them. I just tend to clam up.
I understand how pheros work basically. what I don’t know is which ones are best for me. I am hoping that by using pheromones in combination with talking to everyone on this forum, will help me to open up more and improve my social life.

I think you should try out the basics first. The pheromones that are available in sprays, like Ammo. This one will help create some attraction.
In college, pheromones will definitely help with the whole experience. If you have troubles opening up with people, try Instant Openness. The self effects will pretty much make you more of a talker.
In addition to pheromones, you should read some stuff about PUA (pick up artist) it will help you with the game and help with congruency with the pheromones!
This forum is full of friendly people who will answer any questions you have, and there is such a huge amount of info already posted up it’s always worth doing a search too.
In your situation I’d recommend Ammo first of all - this is used as a social attractant. Instant Shine is used to give a nice “glow” too and that is also worth a go. Finally, for overcoming shyness Instant Openness and Instant Honesty (IO and IH) are two good products. With IO you might find that once you start a conversation it develops a life of it’s own. With IO I’ve found I’ve been physically on the edges of a group but conversation still revolves around me!
Bare in mind that with mones you still have to do a lot of the work - they are the final polish to your shoes that top everything off. So act congruent, look the part and watch the magic If it helps any with the shyness with those attractive girls remember that they are often shy too and would love someone to speak to them. If you be that person to start a conversation, have IO as the polish, Ammo as a bit of an extra boost…

Hi hyper1 all these guys give very valid suggestions, but I might had that you want to try IS . Everyone talks a lot of IO has a opener, but for me that I am also pretty sociable person, and In some passed had the same proble has you, I would really recomend IS . Why, well in my prespective you dont need to talk more I think, if you are like me what you need is to not feel the tension when you are talking to some one you care or find interesting. So this what IS will do for you. I will make the all around mood happier making it more easy for you to smile and be carefree. Being happy and carefree will reduce dramaticly your stress and make it easier for you to talk with this types of persons. Although I must admit I can be wrong, because IO really is the natural choice for someone with this kind of problem, but in my situation it differs.
