What starter kit would you recommend, for an everyday soft social use. Not to score but too “break the ice”.

Older women/parties, have a good look at - TUTH, A314, IJ and TAC.
TUTH/A314 or IJ/A314 are excellent mature and unashamedly sexual mixes that hit the spot with 30+ women for me (may be too much around younger ones). 20mcg+ doses of TAC are also notable for a kind of relaxing/let-go quality during sex that has surprised more than a few of us here.
And whilst you can use higher doses of none and rone around older women because age does change a woman’s response to certain pheros, you need to disabuse yourself of the idea that “strong” is any kind of good with pheros. Its the dose ranges/mixes that will complement your natural output and range of social/sexual situations best that work and less is very often more here. 
Also P83 is a useful disinhibitor/physical contact promoter that helps you get physically close with great ease.
