Hi everyone,
I’m new to this forum & have been reading some of the amazing information on pheremones. I think it is fascinating! I want to buy my first pheremone product. It seems there are so many - I was thinking of Turn Up The HEat (beginner concentration) & Instant Honesty. Would these be 2 good ones to start out with? I look forward to chatting!

I would reccomend Ammo instead of turn up the heat as its a better great all rounder TUTH can come on too strong plus ammo is just about the same as TUTH but buffered well enough to wera everyday without coming on too strong and causing negativity with the opposite sex and your friends.
Instant Honesty is a great choice soo I would definately follow up on that.

Ammo is indeed better than turn up the heat, if you are only buying 2 products, ammo and a social product will be the best combo. The second one can be chosen from instant honesty instant openness or instant shine. THey are all great and you can pick the any of those depending on what you want

Now on to mone advice. TUTH is probably to strong because its unbuffered unless you plan to use it only in clubs or in secual situations.
I suggest AMMO because you can wear that every day and in any enviroment. I also suggest IO which is a great ice breaker and will help you and other feel more comfortable appouching and chatting.

And by nature I’m so indecisive! LOL! So here’s some more info on me - I’m 36 and I get along easily with pretty much everyone. I’m not overly out-going, but I am comfortable in social situations & love to meet new people. I’m in a 10 year relaionship & just looking to “spice things up” a little bit in the bedroom if YKWIM. It would be nice to have more than birthday & anniversary sex! LOL! 
(not really THAT bad!) anyway, I think I might try the Ammo, Instant Honesty & Instant Openess. I think I’ll start with those & see how it goes.
