I haven’t really decided on a specific “goal” per se. I suspect I’ll tinker a bit first, and then gradually develop goals as I see how folks react. Sort of like how you wouldn’t necessarily think “i wonder if blue cheese would work on these fries” until you’ve had a pear martini. (and, yes, after you’ve had a pear martini, blue cheese will indeed work on those fries. on those abs, not so much. but on those fries, awesome.)
That said, I’m a single 36yo guy in a college town, and generally telecommute, so most of my social interactions are going to be at cafes or stores, rather than in an office. I also either throw or attend a party every few weeks.
Every now and then, I’ll have business meetings (sales oriented) with folks who tend to be type A twentysomethings of either gender. And once or twice a year, my work will take me to conventions that are primarily attended by professional women in their twenties or early thirties. (It’s a tough life, but somebody has to live it.)
From a professional perspective, it sounds like A314, Instant Shine, and Instant Openness or Honesty would be great for providing an air of authority and also getting people to open up and give me info that’ll facilitate a productive business relationship. Maybe with some Instant Female Magic mixed in for when I’m dealing with women.
From a personal perspective, it sounds like almost the exact same mix would be a lot of fun, but maybe with Ammo instead of A314?
And from a tinkering perspective, it sounds like Spaceland, MEO-EST, and P83 would be fun to spray about before a party.
But mostly I just want to explore a bit without smelling like a wookie in public.
