Many of the pheromone mixes are great for everyday or casual use. The Ishine will give you a happy feeling, and people will smile whenever you walk in the door. The IO and IH mixes are great for conversations. A314 is an amazing product that will gain you respect in the workplace, but will help to also attract the ladies. AMMO is the primary product for attraction though.
It is really worth picking up the Ultimate Pheromone Introductory pack that AD offers here. Each of them have their own specific uses, and combining them works even better. With the introductory pack, you can see which mones you like the best, and then you can go purchase larger bottles as you go.
At our age, we need to apply more of the products to be effective, but it’s hard to tell exactly how much you will need ahead of time. The best way to do it is to try the 1x strength products first, and if you find you always need 2 sprays of the mones to get the effect you want, then you would purchase a 2x strength on your next order. If you start off with 2x, then you are limiting yourself to 2x on the first spray, 4x on the second spray, etc… so it will be hard to dial in a specific a dose it you start off in the higher strength.
