Hi, thought I’d drop in - don’t normally bother to do the introductory post thing on a forum, but the welcoming PM from John Sebastian was pretty nice so I thought I’d make an exception for once. (I don’t THINK pheromones work over email - yet - so I don’t think I’ve been influenced in that way yet.)
I first became aware of people using pheromones while reading up on oxytocin nasal sprays, which I know isn’t technically a pheromone but has a similar effect, due to research on its effect on autistic people and being on the autistic spectrum myself. Due to that I’m mainly looking into pheromones that I could use to influence my own feelings and behaviour, not that of others, but I wouldn’t be against trying something that helps to create a more friendly, relaxed social environment like Instant Openness, Honesty and Shine. I also wouldn’t be adverse to pheromones that subtly help to attract men.
Also, as I’m in the UK, I was hoping to find some reliable retailers on this side of the pond and any popular product names that are used over here. I could order from the US, I suppose, but it obviously takes longer for things to arrive and it’s harder to take advantage of money back guarantees etc. if you do so. I’m also not sure if there are any delivery requirements or storage for pheromones - oxytocin sprays have to be kept refrigerated, for example.
Looks like you did some research and already know what products could be useful for you. Social mones in definitely something I would recommend in your situation. IO will help you break the ice with people - it makes people (including yourself) more chatty. IShine creates a feelgood vibe and makes you look approachable. This one also always gives me a nice confidence boost. IH is for more deeper/quality talks with people you already know or people you want to get to know better (dates etc.).
Just to be sure: are you male/female? Important if you want to use attraction mones…
About storage: it’s not necessary to keep mones in a refrigerator. Just keeping the bottles upright and normal house temperatures is fine. Keep them away from sunlight though.
I live in continental Europe and AD usually ships very fast (3 days), so no need to look for local retailers if you can buy from the source. Don’t think AD uses retailers anyway.
Assuming that you are female, I think MX335 could be the catch-all you are looking for. It is very friendly and sociable. I find myself being more outgoing, confident, and upbeat when I wear it. And it has subtle attraction properties!

Be careful of that - Using pheros for self effects can prove a let-down. For starters, the level of self effects varies very widely between individuals and individual pheros, so you run the risk of becoming used to any effects, sometimes surprisingly quickly, depending on phero, needing higher and higher doses to maintain them - which can then prove counterproductive as you may get into the situation where the effects on you of certain pheros might have the exact opposite effects on other people and actually drive them away from you. Thus making things harder.
You have found one of the best and fastest companies for getting pheros to the UK - It may be expensive but AD has always beaten any UK/EU supplier that I’ve yet used. Typically consumer line items get to me in Scotland in around 48 hours, whilst Ps and MXs via the custom lab take a few days longer. And if you do have any problems/issues, send them a snap of the bottles showing the levels - Rather than have us paying extra postage, they often will honour the warranty or any customer service issues without us paying hefty postage rates.
No special storage requirements for the UK - Pheros are resilient and can cope with a wide temp range, hot or cold. Dark storage is important as UV can take its toll and airtight helps stem any evaporative leaks. I keep mine in snap-seal picnic boxes for 30mls and similar butter dishes for togos in a dark cupboard. The only time you might run a risk of damage here is if you leave your pheros in a car at the very height of summer when the temp can exceed 130F under glass - but there are only a couple of days a year that might happen!
Thanks for the welcome and advice, everyone. It’s good to know that there’s no issues with ordering from the US, with the possible exception of import VAT, but that would probably work out the same cost as a UK retailer anyway.
Himeros, Miss Dragon - I’m a bisexual male, but have no objection to using pheromones designed for women, and ones like Instant Openness and Shine are described as being unisex. I’ve read that homosexual men respond to the same pheromones as heterosexual women, while hetero men respond to a different set, so I’m guessing that if I’m interested in attracting gay or bi men I should be looking at the lines intended for use by straight men. Again, though, creating a better social atmosphere is much more in line with what I’m looking for than a turn-on aid.
mobocaster - thanks for the warning, I realise experimenting with pheromones is something that needs care and caution. I’m only intending to try them for infrequent special events, though, not as an everyday thing.
