19 year old college male here. Was looking to get started using pheromone. I’ve been reading around and the two that interested me was “Ammo” and “Turn Up The Heat.”
However I’ve read that TUTH was more for if you’re already close with someone.
Is my best bet to use “Ammo” for general college girl approaches?
Maybe a mixture?
I could still use my normal cologne over all of this right?

Ur research is appropriate. Tuth is best used inside bedroom to remove that last minute hesitations. AMMO is best used around girls whom u want want to hang with.
For general college girls u should go with AMMO +IS. if u have difficulties in starting conversations then add IO also. IS will give u VIP vibes.
U can also add P75 .
At your age best is to start with lower doses nd gradually increasing dose find out ur sweet spot. With mones less is often more. AMMO itself has fragrance and works as cologne. U can use colognes with pheros but at diffrent application points.

Soni had some solid advice for you there. Becuase you a younger man, you will already producing a fair amount of pheromones naturally, so a little bit of TUTH goes a long way. An older guy like myself might get away with wearing this out on occasion, but it should be reserved for when you are already at that intimate spot for you. AMMO will be your friend though; it has some of the same mones as TUTH in the mix, but won’t come off with too sexual or horny of a vibe. I find AMMO Regular and AMMO Summer both smell great as a stand-alone cologne, and I understand AMMO World isn’t as heavy of a scent, but I haven’t quite tried it out as of yet.
The ISHine, IO and IH mixes are wonderful too. Each of these is a lightly scented mix, and these seem to have a wide dosage range, so you don’t need to worry so much about applying these in excess.
Why not start off with the Ultimate Pheromone Introductory Pack, and this way you can try each of these to find out which ones work the best for you before you place an order for larger bottles.

so I think Ammo is the best bet for you. because of your age you produce high amounts of androstenone already so you have to be careful with TUTH as it may actually drive woman away instead of attract them. I do think everyone should OD on TUTH at least once so they can see this. I think IG will go a long way for you to maybe even combine it with the Ammo and see what kind of results you get. A huge part of the mones is app points so make sure look up all the stickies and how to properly apply because it is just important as the pheros themselves. good luck.
