Ammo Summer is your best bet, and go easy on the dose, as Jdub said, at your age, your natural pheromones levels are in overdrive, don’t overdo it. And with younger ladies, never underestimate the power of social like IS and IO. They’ll work great.

I agree with being a younger teen. I am by no means trying to discourage you in anyway, I am just trying to be honest and give you a straight answer. With being 14, I would also suggest the Summer Ammo, and then more the socials like IO, CTTM2, and IH. IG might be a good fit to.
Your hormones and natural pheromones will be changing significantly right now, so it may be hard to gauge reactions from people. You will want to lean more on the socials for your goal and I would use very little 1 spray or even a half for your goals. For you it may be harder to tell on how well they work because of going through puberty as your natural signature will be changing all by itself daily.
I still think the Summer Ammo if anything else should be able to help you out though.
