Aside from trying pheromone products briefly over a decade a go, I’m a complete novice. I do remember looking into some research on the subject when at university, but that was short lived. The academia was interesting but it was too far removed from real-world application.
Since I’ve been browsing the forum I’m fascinated by the depth of knowledge here. Looking forward to delving into it and running some tests for myself. It’s exciting to follow in the paths of so many dedicated to pushing the practical boundaries of pheromones. I’ve also noticed there is occasional crossover to pickup and seduction in discussions here. It figures. It’s a world I’ve got a good bit of experience of and some strong opinions about. It’ll be nice if I can enhance feelings with the addition of pheromones.
The most intriguing thing about pheromones to me - and something that I hadn’t even considered until I began browsing this forum a couple days ago - is the self effects. It’s those that I really want to explore. If I’m honest (and I mostly am) then it’s made me doubly curious about my own pheromone signature and its effects on me and those around me. Especially the effects of lifestyle (sex, social, working, eating and exercise habits).
Since I took the step to working freelance about six months ago my work life is largely solitary and there is a big difference to the way I act and get reactions compared to when I’ve, for instance, been on a trip or had an active weekend - pheromones? So, mixing it up a bit over time to understand myself and get consistent mixes for different purposes I think will be a fun ride. Feel free to make any suggestions or ask anything, I look forward to contributing.

To attract ladies I suggest ammo! For work, A314 would be the way to go. Adding ih would increase trust and connection!
Instant shine, of course, would go well with either ammo or A314 to up magnetism and feel-good vibe!
Self_effects are rare. Some people get it and some don’t! Personally I don’t think I ever have. Mones are suppose to affect others
What exactly are you looking for in pheromones? We generally like to split their effects into three categories, sexual, social, and respect. These are just generalizations and more often than not the products dip into all three areas. All three can be considered attractive to the right person.
As for self-effects, its not something everyone gets to experience and for some of us it disappears over time. Instant Shine is a great place to start with if your interested in self effects, it can be quite an experience the first few times you get them if you do experience self-effects. Instant Shine is something I would recommend for everyone.

Thanks for the advice. I think, at least at first, my goals with pheromones is to gain a bit of insight into what’s possible for me. So, I’ll probably start with A314 and gauge its effect. Instant Shine, too, might be one for a starter. The categories you mention Maidenfan01 are three of my most favourite areas in life . I’ll get round to experimenting with the lot in time.. sexual for sexy times , social for fun times and respect for business and sport.

Tammy, my first impression with Instant Shine is that a little of it equals instant contentment. Having only begun with mones I’m still highly experimental. Sure I’ll have more info in time.
