So you have a lot of options to save money and they are generous with the free gifts plus you have the support of the community to help your learn to use them.
Start with pulse points on the wrists and neck. The back of the neck, chest, forearms and along the jaw line are all good. Depends on where you heat up. Bad places are pits and groin. Mones get stinky there.
Layer them dont combine them in the same bottle. You dont have to wear one on top of the other you can apply some to your neck and another to your chest.

Generally we tell people to get regular strength to start. You do not need double in AMMO that could just send you into the OD effect.
On the more attractive social mixes like IShine IO IH you can get 2X. Generally you use more of those so this cuts down on the amount used and can save you some money. Plus you dont get the OD effect from these.
