I ordered A314 (but was out of stock, so I didn’t use it), Also Instant Openness and “Turn Up The Heat”
I’m 32 y.o, and I am just… experimenting I’m quite social, and talkative, but that’s also my disadvantage: With ladies, I usually fall in the “Friends area” quite fast, so they usually don’t think about me as a “possible love mate / sexual parthner”. It doesn’t bother me too much, but can be annoying at some points…

To attract girls andbreak away from friend zone, try AMMO and IH.
AMMO will get them atracted to you. It is well buffered to make it suitable for most social occassions.
IH wil make them closer to you. Thy will talk more meaningful and deeper with you.
I suggest you use TUTH if the girls have already developed closeness and comfort with you.

TUTH can be tricky if used for attracting the ladys, because while it arouses them and they know you don’t want to be just friends they might think you just want sex from them and hold back… its best used if you are already dating…

Mmmm… I thought TUTH was also able to work (even if not at a high rate) when the girl was already confident about you, like… for example a friend (you know, not the random person you meet a night at a park). Since the girls I talk about already know me, work with me, and the distances are not too long (a hospital, so it’s an environment where we don’t work in desks like an office, but as a little group), and we spend many hours together, would it work as “dating” (even if without the feelings) for the TUTH? The distance for the pheromnes to work depends on many factor – open area or close room, humidity, temperature, wind direction. Generally a few meters away.
Try to get close like walk by her desk, talk to her. She will know the pheromone signal is from you.
Answering your question: the distance pheromones work depends on various conditions (outside / inside), wind or air condition makes them less effective etc… but their effectiveness mostly depends on the duration your targets are exposed to them…
So best effects would be seen if you sit in a smaller room with no air-condition and a woman for more than a few minutes …
About your TUTH experiments: The problem is if someone already has decided to just be friends its unlikely that pheromones will chance her made up opinion about you…

That sounds like something I can do without problems. I’m not searching for easy targets, as said I’m somehow experimenting (of course, if sucessfull, the better, lol), but this is something really luring me, and I wanna do it in a subtle way, to not freak my co-workers away, hehe ^^
About the TUTH and the girl I talked about: I get your point there. In fact, i respect her choice, and I value, cherish and treasure her friendship a lot, so I’m not pestering her neither giving her signs or suggestions about it anymore: I don’t want to risk to lose her, and I accept her “No”. I just thought that, well… if MAYBE the fact of her being close to me many hours a day, and maybe a little push because of the pheromones, change her mind somehow, someday in the future, it could be wonderful, but I’m not going to ask her out again unless I see some change in her behaviour If any!
The duration for pheromones effect to last again depends on humidity, temperature, sweating, windy condition. I will say you can re-spray after 5 to 6 hours.
Even when there are other males around her, when you walk near or talk to her, she will suddenly sense pheromones signal. She will know it is from you.

People who already know you at least need some exposure time till they react to your new pheromone signature, so you might have to use them regularly for at least a few days till you see a change in their reactions… (but as said before - if they made up their mind already about you sexually, pheromones wont change it… its different when you meet new people… they use all input to form an opinion about you and then pheromones can make a good part of that…)
For the girl you talked about i recommend you use AMMO regularly at work if you get it, its signal is not that strong on the sexual side like that of TUTH (which is therefore not recommended for the work place…)
Its more likely that you get a response at work from AMMO than from TUTH

Its OK to be skeptical, everyone is at first. Just keep a open mind know basically what to expect and you will see what mones can do for you. Also read “what mones can do and what they cant do” The link is in my signature below.
TUTH is a good choice to help you stay out of the friends box but human emotion and conditioning come into play. Your a Doctor and in your work place a man of respect. Tuth comes on strong and will cause arousal but women will not always act on that arousal in the work place because its not appropriate behavior.
You have a few options though… Use your tuth to prime them and make them aroused and then make a move when in a social venue when they will be more open to responding or acting on the vibe themselves.
Get AMMO for work situations which is more subtle sexually but has more pull to it then TUTH because of the added mones that buffer it.
Indoors the distance is not a huge issue. I wonder if I even had a pheromone signature before, lol I mean, because of the surgeries and stuff, I not only need the usual showers to keep myself clean, but also to wash my hands and arms all the way like… 3-10 times a day, as an average. I bet I only smell like deodorant, haha. So anything new will be a change, for sure!
Don’t worry because I already understood pheromones are not a magic wand, and I don’t pretend to change somebody’s mind all in a sudden: If somebody said “no”, that’s a “no”, and this is not going to change the situation, at least in a short term, not even in long term… But even if it only helps to break the ice with her (you know what happens when you ask a friend out and she needs to reject you, the whole friendship cools down for a while, so she doesn’t feel too bad or give false hopes), I guess I would just like her to come back to her usual spontaneous behaviour with me before getting wary, hehe
So, I think AMMO will be my next target to add to IO (and I will save TUTH for a better chance).. maybe also some IH and… dunno if IS would be helpful here or not, or if IO + IH = Win to let her relax. So if it works, I will need to thank you again!!!
