Hello all! im 21 year old guy from California that goes to college. I workout and play basketball so im in shape. Very very VERY shy! I still haven’t been able to get over the “just-friends” wall with women. Never been able to approach a girl unless she talks to me first and that hardly ever happens

Hey buddy, I was very much like you in college. At the time I was in good shape, fairly good looking but VERY SHY as well.
The first thing you have to do is: get over your fear! That fear (all in your head) is holding you back. Be honest you are afraid of rejection and can’t bear the idea of it happening to you (totally natural btw). They very worst that will happen is that she will say “No”.
Off the bat there are no pheromones that will help you in that respect. Confidence will come from your successes with women and talking to them. I suggest looking into PUA’s like Mehow and Gambler that runs PUA Training. These guys know what they are talking about and real good.
Okay - as far as pheromones considering your age I would go with: IG, IS, Ammo, IO and A314 (spray) I’m not suggesting you buy them all at once but get 2-3 at a time.

Say that i’m sitting in class and there is a girl next to me would it work on her? or she is by me in the library? how far is the range usually? Hmm,yup.As long as you talk and can keep a conversation going with the girl,should help your chances(^^)Its probably around 80% you and 20% the pheromones though.They just act as a booster and help give a good impression and make keeping the conversation easier.Any help is usually useful though(^^)Hmm,the to-gos are 40 sprays and the big bottles are 200 sprays.I usually go 1-2 sprays for stuff like ammo and maybe 2-4 sprays on the socials so would depend what your sweet spot is for how long it will last.Also depends on the situation,you would use less or more depending on who its with.

I really would not jump directly into TUTH. It has a very raw sexual message and you are just as likely to push girls away with a horn dog vibe as you are to draw them in. IF you do use TUTH I highly recommend buffering it with IO. The TUTH will still have a sexual message but the IO will make it seem friendlier.
A better combination for you based on your aims and personality would be Ammo, IO and IShine. The IO and IShine combination will come across very bright and happy.
The thing to remember is what has already been said - these products will help you socially but they do not do the work for you. For these prdocuts to really do their job you will need to overcome that fear and talk to these girls. But if you do that then these products will help you along.

Would only get x1 strength for ammo and 2.5mcg tuth till you find your sweet spot.Your still young so it would be easy to od on those.If it happens to be 2 or 4 sprays after testing,then you can get double strength for your next purchase.Lol,i usually can only get away with 1-2 sprays of the normal strength one.Can get X2 strength for instant shine if you want,that usually ends up using a fair amount of sprays.A314 im not too sure.Havent bought the sprays before.

I seen in sum journals people talking about buffering mixes and what does it mean if the mones dissipate quicker?
Also in the store i seen Instant jerk, ExperiMones, Putative Pheromones, and Experimental Test mixes.. would any of those be helpful to me and what do they do? i cant tell cuz there are no descriptions (ex:Tuth gives me a sexual vibe and that i want sex.) It means if you use a mix that is initimidating,you buffer it with socials to make it more approachable.Dissapate quicker would mean that the effects stop showing themselves faster,more normal in hot climates.
Those you can probably miss out.Instant jerk would be a bit strong for college and the experimones and putatives are only good when you start finetuning your mixes which you wouldnt be yet.Experimental test mix wise,you could give MX297 a try but its a bit expensive.

Hmm,would try out ammo first.IJ has about 5 times the amount of none as ammo so would see how many sprays you can put on before you od first.Can try it out and see though if you like.They are all single molecules so the other members use it to add a bit more of different vibes to the already made mixes to finetune it for themselves.You can try copulins if you like.It gives off the vibe that youve recently had sex which is good for social proofing.Wouldnt be wise to wear if your in a relationship though.

Hmm,the putatives and experimental test mixes are supposed to be tested so that you report back what they do.They havent been confirmed exactly what they do and can vary for different people.You can read some of the journals to see what some people got from them though.For the experimones,you can read this thread.
