I’ve just read Miss Dragon’s post in another thread, and she said that IO is great for encouraging convo, and IH is good for connecting with people in a smaller group. I’d like to use either one of these and combine it with A314 in a work environment, would that be a good mix?
My personality is pretty laid back and humorous, however, I am not one to initiate a light and playful convo ALL the time.
