Im fairly new to using pheromones so I don’t know what I’m doing.
IH. Im practically an openbook so I don’t have to worry about keeping secrets. Won’t hurt to try it on others.
IO. I feel good half the time bc I’m stressed so I become less chattier but the days I feel good it’s hard to make me stop talking.
IS. I don’t know about this one but will give it a try.
Ammo/tuth. Well I was never good on catching the ladies so hopefully this does try the job.
I’m a successful business man so I work around with lots of beautiful ladies but I’m a shy person. Everytime i find a girl I like I just get shy. Well I speak fine to other girls fine but liking a good girl is a whole different story. Practically had this problem since my teens: (. I’m hoping this pheromones live up to the hype I’ve been reading. I’m practically an open guy already so I have no problem lightening up the mood and making everyone laugh bc I like to joke a lot. Let me give my experiences mixed with my ramblings of my mind:
IO + IH is a really good conversation starter. Its like being Dr. Phil doing a show. I havent personally used it, but if you like to chat, I think thats an ideal combo.
Ammo + TUTH is what I use in a 2:1 ratio to get DIHL situations in girls. Its not a magic bullet, but its giving that vibe of “hey girls, I am sexy, and btw, your pants are wet”. Ammo is the sexyness, while the TUTH makes girls more sexually interested, but too much and they actually repel you.
IS is a good combo with Ammo. It gives a feeling of “hey girls, here’s the party!”
A314 is a bit of a more mature vibe feeling. I use it regularely at work, and I feel that people will more respect me and push me forward as being “the” guy during meetings.
I would say, try out and see what works best. Different combo’s give different results. Don’t feel too bad if it does not work the first time, not every hit is a guaranteed hit. Sometimes you just have to be lucky. Its not the “axe-effect”, but for me has been a life changer.

Looking at what you want, I would go for the newbie pack. It has a whole range of most-used pheromones and gives a great start to actually using pheromones.
EDIT: If you are just into looking to pick up girls, I would go for the Ammo + TUTH. Note that it does not give you the “axe-effect”, but it smooths out any troubles that you may encounter when trying to seduce girls.

You’ve obviously done some research, it shows in your choices. There are a lot of good combinations out there, but we’ve got to find the right one for you.
I’ve got two quick suggestions, Instant Shine and Instant Openness combo are good for moving past that shy stage and into a good friendly level conversation. mrseeker is right, Instant Honesty is very Dr. Phil and if you get the wrong person (stranger) across from you it could make for a long night. Instant Honesty is better used for people you already know, maybe even be good for you in business to get that edge when you are negotiating. 
My other suggestion would be to just go for an Intro Pack. It gives you the best we have to offer at an amazing price. You get to try almost everything you mentioned, and find out what combos work best. I always tell newbies to peruse the forums for the suggestions above, just to get a feel for what other users have to say about 'em.
