From my stay in this forum, this is a community that likes to drive research and a meeting place for people who have similar mindsets and mentalities. Mones definitely assist in the areas of social connections. There are organisations which do help people without payments, those are non-profit organizations, the community here as a whole are generally filled with people who love to share and help each other out. If I were to sum it up in one sentence it would be to improve people lives and making it better than it already is.
