I’ve readed an article in askmen.com then i search google i found too much information saying pheromones were not clinically proven and that were a scam, even the best rated other websites stated they were scams. Saying that people can’t smell pheromones this days, etc.

We really can’t give you a “try 3 sprays and it’ll work” answer, which i think you are looking for. It depends on which product, where you spray them, what you are looking for, your body’s chemistry… But what you can do is look around in the forums or in people’s journals and find someone about the same age as you. Try their sweet spot, if you really can’t find the time to experiment and find it. But keep in mind ethnicity, that can change how much -none you can handle for sure.

the forum experts recommend you use them one at a time, starting with 1 spray, added an extra spray each day and then take a total break after a few days. With ammo and TUTH, spray on your skin instead of clothes as the -none tends to not want to wash out and can lead to buildup. (Wash clothes with oxyclean).
Once you get a feel for what each product does, and what your optimal dose is, then have fun mixing them together.
If you start off mixing them right off the bat, there will be too many variables for you to get a good grip for what they’re doing (and what you did wrong.)
And should i stop building up the dosage when i start having negative reactions?
