I have buy your products before but the chilean custom is super strict, from 3 purchases I received only 1, I let the first “retained” package in customs, now I have to do some paperwork for releasing the last package… do you guys have any tips for this? Maybe send it over usps.

There are some posts in the Store Announcements thread about this. The shipping would be DHL, which is different from FedEx last year. Your experience may be better with DHL? Some have used a “Gift” option. There is also a special Customs letter in difficult countries, like Australia. Use the SmartMones chat (not Pherotalk) during business hours California time. Ask this specific query there for help from staff in placing your order.
