Instant Shine will help make people more friendly, it will have a bit of a positive effect on you too. Instant Openness and Instant Honesty will also do the trick. Most of the social pheromones will make people happier to be around you.

I go with the reccomendations above. The social pheromones are great for getting people comfortable with you and giving you that positive vibe. Instant shine is a great one to start with and if talking is an issue, instant openness will open people up to mindless chitchat and instgant honesty will deepin the convo.
You may want to take a look at something like A314 if you think respect may be part of the issue. Sometimes people are rude when they dont respect you.

Well, to attract women, the usual one to go with is Ammo. BUT, let me me again suggest that you consider layering Ammo with a social such as Instant Shine or even Instant Gentleman. I am a big fan of layering, where you spray one product on and then spray another over that.
Let me also suggest that you read through the sticky threads in this forum as well as in the Men’s forum. Another great resource of links will be found in Tisha’s (she’s the Phero-Hottie who issues those tasty $15 GCs!) signature.

Ammo will be good to add the extra sexual tone to a situation. A crazy total sex product would be something like Turn up the Heat, which can be lots of fun, but only it specific situations.
I would start off using one product at a time and avoid layering until you know the reaction you get with one product.
When you read the stickies the newbie tricks are in there. These will help you get full use out of your pheros from day one
