so how do i find out the exact ingredients as in exactly which pheromones and the exact quantity?

the ones im inquiring about are mainly instant shine, ammo instant openess and instant female magic.

Short of paying for lab tests, you can’t. The details are trade secrets. However if you did a little searching on the forums you’d quickly find the base components: IS=TAA + steering mones; Ammo=holy trinity; IFM=A-1 + steering mones.
