how do you put on partial (1/2, 1/3, 1/5) sprays?

i’ve seen people writing about putting on 2.5 sprays or… even 1/3 spray.. how do you do that with the spray bottle?! thanks.

When they say 2.5 they are talking about MCG’s of pheromones in a product not 2 and a 1/2 sprays .

You can probably learn to do a 1/2 spray with a little practice by not pushing the plunger down all the way but not 1/4 or 1/5 its impossible and inconsistant.

The best way I’ve found to get dosages equal to fractions of a spray is to dilute. For instance, if the dosage in 1/2 spray is desired, then dilute with equal parts of perfumer’s alcohol, vodka, or cologne. Then 1 spray of the new mix will have the same dosage as 1/2 spray of the original. If 1/3 the dosage is desired, use 2 parts dilutant, etc..
