How long do IS, IFM and IH last? Because I go to school from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Sometimes from 7:30am to 3:30pm. I need to know if I should apply it twice a day or not. On top of that I also need to know how much to put on. From what I hear people use a lot of instant shine at once, so i’ll probably order that in double strength, but what about IFM and IH, should I use 1, 2 ,3 sprays?

You need to test each one on its own starting with one spray and working up till you see results. Everyone is different and needs different amounts to see results.
They last 4 to 6 hours

What Tisha said - test them out individually at first to find your sweet spot.
But if you apply 2 sprays of each in the AM I would reapply a spray of each at lunch. Just to make sure.
