After 3 hours, there’s some still some actives. However, if it’s an androstenone containing product or mix (Ammo, MX292, etc.), then the androstenone will tend become the predominant note. Androstenone sticks around like spiderman, for hours & hours & hours, even to the next day, while many of the social mones disperse much more quickly.

Personally, I like something like MX292 for a few hours… but after 4 or 5, I detest it since it’s mostly a strong androstenone prescence that remains. I get short tempered, my personality gets a bit grim. I sometimes even get a headache or head pressure, which is unlike me.

The balancing mones really help me to use appreciate the -none note. I’m thinking of separating out the auxillary pheromones (the social ones, etc.), so you can “refresh” them separately after a few hours without also topping up on the androstenone.

Basically if you are wearing a mix with androstenone then after 4 hours you are just wearing androstenone.

I wonder what happened to the prof’s idea of selling a seperate refresher?

Also A1 and anol both eventually breakdown to androstenone when subject to sweat and skin bacteria. So that mellow social mix can turn you into a piss-cat from hell after a half hour on the dance floor.

I think that might have been the link between 292 and 272. They were a pretty popular combo when they were new but I don’t remember any discussions about refreshing only the 272.

Mmm…Interesting. What about the putatives? Some putatives seem to last pretty long unless I wash them although some are quite subtle to measure objectively.

i read somewhere that they last from 4-5 hours, depends on what socials and how much do you spray. Maybe someone more wiser could help you with that
