I heard some people saying A314, you ingest it for better result. Is that true?

No it is not true that you can ingest pheromones or any kind. It will make you very sick. They will not act as pheromones ingested but hormones.

A 10ml bottle has around 270 drops - Which should last you several months at a tpical workday dose of 2-3 drops but less if you are going high-dose.
