How long does TAA last?

I think I recall reading once that TAA is really light, and tends to completely wear off in an hour or two, does anyone know if this is true or not?

For self effects 2-3 hours in the wintertime for me personally.

During the summer, really short. Like an hour or so

For me I find it lasts 3 to 4 hours but leaves a lasting impression on peoples moods beyond the actual presence of the pheromones. So if I go to a party and my Ishine creates a warm fun upbeat atmosphere even when it wears off they remain in that frame of mind unless something occurs to pull them away from those emotions. They still connect that feeling to me even after the pheromones dissipate.
