How much should i use of ammo if i use it solo? And can i mix ammo and tuth?
I read a little in the forum and i didn’t find anything About this combination.
Bubs, Start at 2 sprays Ammo and adjust from there, up or down. As far as Tuth, yes you can wear them together, but I would go solo on Ammo first, then if you meet a girl and want to escalate to sex, slip away and spray one spray of Tuth. Good luck.

Then your natural signature is probably too low. Again, might as well start at 2 sprays like someone previously suggested but you may want to experience with higher sprays (maybe 3 or 4) and then work your way from there.
Keep a journal to figure out what combo is best. Generally keep it easy with the TUTH, use more AMMO till you find the sweet spot then slowly add the tuth.
How do I know when I OD? is it something i feel or it’s more of how people react to me?

Technically there is no OD on Androstenone I’ve found. I’ve worn 150mcg of Androstenone and got whopping hits as well as got into some massive fights… Its like becoming THE HULK lol… Tuth is 2.5 mcg per spray but its a bit amplified and moods are also amplified. Most people react to a certain range, younger and asians react better to lower total amounts or more socials in a mix then sexual with some status, older and hispanic/african americans seem to react better to higher amounts or more sexual and status then socials… Too much and you might notice some other alpha men being more agitated or aggressive or other negative effects . You personally may feel more anxious or agitated or feel like a rage a little and other effects. You can either add more socials or buffers, or can try using witch hazel with a cotton pad and then soap/water to scrub the app point… If you have higher testosterone then you will likely need only 1-2 sprays of something like tuth… Older guys or those with lower T might need 3-4 for example to get good hits…

I have 'OD’d on enone before. TUTH and ammo both contain enone and I experience ghosting (people acting like I’m not there) and I tend to become annoyed much easier.
