First of all you need to find your sweet spot for your products, or you will be wasting your time and money. This all depends on you some people like the wrists, some people like the back of their neck, and some people like to spray it on their chests. I would personally spary the back of my neck, my wrists, and my chest, with different products, this way you will not od on one product. Third on the amount you should use can only be answered by testing the products out for yourself. I would start with one spray and work my way up.

IShine sides of neck and IO and IH wrist, forearms, and base of neck. Really should experience each one by itself first then work combo’s.
