You spray in places your body tends to heat up excluding the pits and crotch because there is to much natural bacteria in those places. So the neck, chest, forearms, wrists, behind ears, back of neck are all good places to test out.
You use one product at a time until you find your optimum dosage. Start with one spray, go out and see if you notice any behavior changes, next day try two sprays etc etc. Generally you will range between 1 to 4 sprays
Once you see what each product can do and its subtle differences then you can begin to layer for certain affects.
