Great post! You said it perfectly. you have to have yourself together and not rely on pheros as a “crutch” to do all the work, cause they won’t and can’t. They do their part but it’s up to us to build our personalities.
I personally dont use pheromones for long term goals if you know what I mean because it is something temporary for at the moment purposes. So if you are looking for someone to be your soulmate or something its better to be nothing but yourself without any external ‘enhancement’.
I personally wear pheromones around my girlfriend sometimes, and other times I don´t. What I have learned is that her feelings for me are not affected by the pheromones, only her mood. For example, I don´t think that not wearing pheromones will make my girlfriend loose any sort of connection or make her want to get intimate less, but when I do wear them I can expect our intimacy to be steered in a certain direction. With turn up the heat I can expect a more wild night, while with no pheromones I can expect a romantic one.
