• Spray them on (can’t really OD on these two so two of each sprays to forearms or wrists will be fine)
• Go out,
• Meet girls,
• Be nice and smile at them,
• Watch the magic happen*,
• Profit.

• IS is relatively short-lived, so bring the to-go with you and refresh every two hours.

OD stands for OverDose - IS and IH don’t contain androstenone (if you overdose it you’ll experience pretty bad (in most cases) results).
