Im looking into buying my first mones, and I already asked if I should or can use Parfums/Colognes/Deodorants together with mones, and my other question is:
How do I use mones? When do I use then? When im going to talk to someone? First thing in the morning? When im going out? Ok, then you simply put on 1 (ONE!) spray each of IG and A314b (not the A314A spray, that one is too overpowering in concentration) just before you leave your house to go to school.

Thanks for the tip! Here on my country and my sort of rural (not actually rural) school there is no such activities, only swimming and badminton (yes, badminton). Maybe a active gym life can replace such activities? I do play football here and there but mostly for fun
