It might or it might not be. Depends on your persona, appearance body chemistry, etc. The only way to know for sure is to experiment and, through trial and error, find the best mones for your phero signature and your dosage sweet spot. I suggest you read up on Pheromones and how they work first. Your getting way ahead of yourself.
First we cant tell you how much to use. Everyone is different and have a different dosage.
Secondly age is a big factor in Androstenone use because younger men make more natural Androstenone them older men so they experience the OD effect easy if they over do it.
Thirdly, while Turn Up The Heat can make women aroused it works best on those you have already developed a comfort level with. Its best used in clubs, bars, and in one on one situations. Not a club - I would try IFM, but also maybe Instant Honesty/Instant Openness… if you don’t have problems keeping a conversation lively Instant Honesty is better because it would deepen the level of conversation - a deeper conversation should result in the girl feeling more comfortable = more likely something will happen.
I personally prefer A314 and have had more “sexual” hits from it than AMMO from my LTR - Most guys I think have been more successful with AMMO as a sexual attractant.
