Just learned of this site, although I’ve known about the presence of and uses for pheromones for a long time. Never used any though.
Happily married, father of two…in my mid 40’s. Looking to try spicing things up with the other half. Thinking about combining Turn Up The Heat along with Instant Female Magic. Any “been there…done that” guidance?

Welcome to the forums. I am pretty new myself. I’ve got no practical “been there done that” stories on either of those products for you, but you will find that a lot of folks on here do, and will be very happy to share. This is seriously the friendliest community I have ever seen on the internet.
My only experience with TUTH had my girlfriend telling me I “semll like poo”. But then again I am 21 years old and likely OD’d on it.

Several of us here are older - I am like you - mid-40s and married - and use our pheromones within the context of work and our marriage.
My take and experience with these products:
I would definitely recommend Ammo for day to day use over Turn Up The Heat. When you combine it with Instant Honesty and the deeper conversations and feelings of connection that it creates and you have an excellent combination.
TUTH can also help when you sense the Mrs. is heading in that direction or maybe amenable to it and you want to give her a nudge. The ladies here say it often - TUTH works best within context - things are going or likely to go in that direction. It often comes across as too strong for some women if they are not so inclined.
Instant Female Magic can aslo help when she is in a bad mood for a day … or a week if you understand my drift. It can really help sometimes. Of course sometimes ain’t nuthin gonna work. You know the deal then - just lay low and keep quiet.
I also recommend A314 for work. But depending on your personality it can create a very respectful distance. It certainly can for me. So I use Instant Shine or IH to offset that.

I suggest going with TUTH to spice things up in the bedroom. It does come on strong but your wife is comfortable with you (I assume LOL) so she will get into that. Not my first choice for everyday use but great when used in sexual encounters.
If your wife is Bitchy (no offence) LOL then I suggest IFM but if she is generally not then I think Ishine or IH would go best with the TUTH. Plus you can use those everyday.
Keep in mind they have to-go size bottles for a great price so you can try things out and see what works best for you. They have 40 sprays each in them so its more then enough to get a good feel for the products.
Now if you want something more along the lines that will get he aroused all day so that later she will be umm… lets say… riled up then get some ammo. I suggest the double strength for you. It will last you longer because men your age use a bit more then the young guys.
