Being 16 and if I were in your shoes I would keep things really basic and simple. S. Ammo at 1-2 sprays to start is all you should need. I would at least start here and see where things goes. This one all by itself will provide a very broad range of effects for you.
Then add some TUTH later on if she is perceiving the S.Ammo well.
Since you mentioned you know her already I would consider getting MX297 and trying this over the IO. The S.Ammo does share an ingredient with IO and I don’t think you will need to any additional amount of A-nol.
