So i’ve been wearing it to work - 2 drops one, in my hair, one on my neck, and I definitely see an improvement in my work situation. My direct coworkers aren’t exactly actively snarling anymore, and they actually respond and make eye contact when I ask things. Other people I work with are far more gracious, very respectful and happy to see me, and I feel more gracious myself. I brought up a package for the Bitch and she actually said thank you. That’s never happened before.

I had my big meeting with the Bobs (watch Office Space) today and it went brilliantly. I wore 2 drops A314, 1 drop cleo on my chest, plus a dab under my nose, 2 sprays Instant Honesty in my hair, and Instant Shine in a spray-delay-walk away fashion. I went in there - laid everything out on the table, told them what they needed to know, got some incredibly good feedback on what i had to say, as well as learning that according to surveys that were sent out, the general impression of me from my agency at large was incredibly positive. It ended in hugs. I feel really good about it.

Tomorrow I’m going to give 3 drops of A314 a go, with nothing else and see what happens, and then break for the weekend.

Wow, great results given your very challenging workplace. I guess women can pull off A314, eh? (at least with lots of buffering agents)

I am Carrie! I actually mentioned it in the thread when I first got the product - I feel..more solid when I’m wearing it. It gives me gravitas. And as I hinted above - I feel more gracious towards others. not that I wasn’t gracious before - but just more so now, without feeling ingratiating.

Question for you - does anything in A314 break down to a cat pee smell? By the afternoon i was getting vague cat pee whiffs, but i’m not entirely sure it wasn’t from a friends car at lunchtime. Do you know which phero breaks down liek that? it’s none, right?

yeah, 'none is the one people compare to urine, and there is a bit in A314. I get the 'Androsterone more, though, and there’s said to 80% 'Androsterone in it.

Most likely it is the Androsterone in A314 that gives that smell after few hrs., I notice that 2-3 hrs after applying.

As A314 would still seem to work though, I tend to ignore that smell, and consider it part of the natural man’s long active day, but can see women having a different view.

By the way, 3 drops sound like a bit much for me at least, since 2 drops are the max useful dose.

I think the cat pee smell actually came from the dab of cleo under my nose. Androstenol breaks down to androstenone right? I wiped everything off my neck and wrists last night when i got home, but when i went to bed, i was still smelling a slight whiff - not super strong, but jsut that note there coming from somewhere - i realized i hadn’t wiped the dab of cleo from under my nose, and when I did that the smell was gone. I know that cleo has 2 other mystery pheros in low concentration in it, so I’m wondering if either one of those is none or if it was the nol breaking down.

Mak - why do you say only 2 drops is the most usefull dose?

Great that you are getting such good results with a male product Nunya. I suggested I try it to Jasmin on the phone the other day, but she advised me to stick with MX134, and as she knows the way I like to work pheromone-wise, I am doing so, as I LOVE MX134, and with it being the female version of A314, that suits me fine.

Even the guys who are older than 35 are not advised to go above more than two drops of A314, Nunya - so I think that is what Mak meant.

Nunya, it is a strong loaded product.

When I use 1 or 1.5 drops I can see the positives of it on people.

If I use 2 drops (I almost never do), I try to spread the application over the day, and try not to end up in closed offices for long, as it gets overbearing and a little obvious to others. Have to also contend with the funky rone smell later in the day.

So 3 drops is something I only tried once or twice. Open air after-parties and the likes, and never a unisex bathroom for that matter.

That is for a man. For a woman, wouldn’t rone be something to watch out for even more closely ?. I’ll look out for more of the ladies’ posts.

I only use 1 drop at a time … but the store has this to say (keeping in mind this is advice for male users):

“Users have found anywhere from 1-7 drops of A314 to be beneficial. Most use between 2-4 drops per day, applied in the morning. Some reapply when going out at night.”

Good words, Ail, I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my MX134, so I can experiment. Being a total newbie, I was too chicken to try the A134 right off the bat. One question though–does it have the same “Cat pee” smell of the A134?

I would be v curious to know the change in perception of you by people that know you well… (given that amount of 'rone though it’s cool that it seems to be working for you).

well i don’t think it’s the A314 that was giving me the whiff of catpee - i think it was the cleo right under my nose. I put on 3 drops of A314 today - 1 in my hair, 1 on my neck, and one split on the backs of my hands and I don’t actually smell cat pee at all today.

I can’t say there was any noticeable difference from yesterday - so maybe 2 is an optimal dosage - why wear more than you need and all that.

curious thing happened today - we had an internal meeting that consisted of the 2 hateful coworkers, the young buck and me, to go over the feedback from the Bobs yesterday. It was interesting - I had the bitch seated right next to me. And my hateful boss across from me and young buck on the other side of me.

I was expecting it to be pretty intense, and for there to be a lot of focus on all the ways everything is all my fault. Usually these folks get quite aggressive and confrontational. What was surprising is that that’s not what happenned at all. My boss seemed downright humble - and the Bitch (who really is the biggest part of the problem for all of us) went through her list of all the ways she thinks everyone else is screwing up, but it wasn’t directed at me at all, and she managed to keep her cool. I guess they decided to use young buck as cannon fodder - but they weren’t overly aggressive or in his face, and he and i discussed after the fact.

One time she did actually try to swipe some place close to my role, and i was able to shut her down fairly easily, without getting disturbed and without things escalating. (which they very well could have). It was a very interesting dynamic. And I found I personally felt “above it”. Like not in a superior way, but more like i was literally floating above this discussion, and watching the dynamics, without feeling emotional about any of it. Centered and grounded, i guess is a good way of putting it.

Pheroquirk - I’m not sure how i could go about getting info on the change of perception of others around me - and my close work friends have been out of the office all week - so i can’t really get their feedback.

Today I haven’t noticed any major drawbacks of using A314 “naked”. I will say - that i don’t know if using a 3rd drop on my hands is an effective way to test dosage tho - since I don’t really talk with my hands. One other thing I’ve noticed - is that my male coworkers-at-large seem to close in a little more on my personal space - not in any sort of threatening or romantic way - more of just a…“european” way. They also have been a bit more deferential. it’s very subtle - but i have noticed it from strange quarters.

Ail - You should give the mx134 a go. I prefer oils, but I do use it as a finishing touch. I haven’t gotten entirely used to the cheesy smell i detect in it - so I haven’t been using it prominently at all, yet, but once i get used to it, i’ll start testing it out on it’s own.

oh I forgot - Carrie! thanks so much for your input and experience. Have you OD’d on it yet? If so what happened? I’m kinda concerned - because i’ve got the mutant cap version so it’s a bit stronger - I’ve tried it at 3 drops with no ill effects - and i’m wondering how high i’d have to go to OD - i find it strange that as a woman, i’m able to use a man’s dosage - but there was that one lady who’s name I’ve forgotten that carried off 4 drops successfully in an open social environment so i guess it’s not unheard of. But it also wouldn’t be the first time i’ve been a walking anomaly either.

Nunya, I am thrilled at the relief the A314 has given you. I’m still waiting on mine. Sometimes pheromones act predictably sometimes not, this is a case where I don’t think we could have guessed this angle for women. This is really exciting but mostly I’m glad these people backed off and gave you the respect you deserve. They probably feel oddly better too…it sounds like you are improving the atmosphere all around. I don’t know if my experiments with MX134 and MX102 did it, but I finally got the pay and benefits I have been fighting for for years-after wearing these power tools to work for a couple of weeks. I am now out of everything so anxiously awaiting my orders. I have like two sprays of MX134 left so I am rationing.

it does seem like it’s mellowing out those around me, doesn’t it? I’ve decided today to use 2 drops again, altho I said I wouldn’t.

I’m doing it for 3 reasons:

  1. I’d like to reinforce the feeling with my direct coworkers.
  2. I have a division meeting to sit down and rehash the bobs again, and I’d liek to be on all points for that.
  3. My friends are back at work, and I’d like to see how they are affected.

Congratulations on the pay and benefits win! If it wasn’t the mones affecting them, it may just be their effect on you, which in turn affected those you work for. Either way it’s a good thing.

I hope you get more of what you need before you are totally out!

Hmm..

I don’t think it can be Cleo smelling that way. I use both versions of Cleo all the time, as does The Countess, and I have always been astonished at just HOW effective it is, as you cannot even detect the copulins in it!

I smell nothing from Cleo, other than the faintest trace of-nol, but it is very definitely not like cat-pee.

i don’t know then. all i know is i was wearing A314 naked yesterday, wore it naked on monday, didn’t smell the catpee smell.

Used it on teusday with cleo and a variety of other things, smelled the catpee smell, which didn’t go away until i cleaned the cleo dab off from under my nose. (after having already wiped everything else off).

So I can only surmise that for whatever reason, cleo, when it breaks down on me and happens to be right under my nostril has a catpee note.

it’s not strong enough to make me not use it, but i prolly won’t be wearing it directly under my nostrils anymore.

Hi Nunya…glad you are having such good results with A314. I also have to agree with Ali regarding the Cleo. I have never gotten a smell like catpee from it, and I wear it under my nose also. It could be your body chemistry along with the other products you were using. I was actually afraid to try Cleo because of the cops… but I don’t notice a smell at all!

that’s what i’m thinking. most likely my body chemistry - plus i tend to be pretty sensitive to smells and tastes anyway which others don’t notice - so i’m guessing most folks wouldn’t notice it at all. and as i said - it was just a whiff and it was after a good 4 or 5 hours of wear. I’m definitely not going to stop wearing cleo because of it. I love that stuff.

after doing a little research (i’m not sure if i can link it here) i do think what i experienced was a -nol to -none conversion. i don’t know if it happens everywhere on my skin, or just certain places - or again if it’s really only perceptible when it’s directly under my nostrils. i should test that theory out.

Does that happen? Androstenol to -none conversion? Sounds really techie to me! hahahahaha…I’m SO INEXPERIENCED with this stuff!
