Can I rub them to expand after I spray it?Or just spray it ?

Just spay it on.
Better just to spray - from six inches or so will give you ample spread.
If you do rub, avoid rubbing too hard/too much as this will drive the pheros into the upper layers of your skin, making it harder to diffuse but in most situations, you won’t need to.
I tried IO and Ammo today.One spray Ammo to my neck throat and each spray for each forearm but I may not work for me.And today I got IG,so can I use IG ?
Can I use combined IO on wrist.IG on hair,behind ear,and neck.Ammo on chest ?Use them same time.
One try at one dose is not long enough to see if it works or not. Try several different doses/proportions over a period of time.
Following the “Sweet Spot Guide” in the intro to mones thread is the best way to get to grips with them.
You can but don’t get too hung-up on app points - so long as they diffuse well, all is good.
Careful about pheros on hair. Some can bind very strongly, leading to poor diffusion and can be very difficult to remove, which can get smelly. Instant shine is about the onlly one you can use reliably on hair. Also, if your hair is fairly thick, it may not get warm enough to diffuse well.
If one spray not effect,can I increase spray for each ?

I know you are because I am the same as you. Relax, just stick with 1 spray of something at a time. Do some sweet spot testing. Stop worrying.
I used all of them for along time.But they are don’t work to me
