I was expecting a Hamster! :(

Damn, you’re good AD, we’re back to boxes for our shipments!!

A pat of the back is deserved for whoever thought up the idea to pack our bubble wrap packages in those sealed clear bags!! Not one leaky bottle, no scent found inside the bag, very well wrapped!

This then brings me to the hamster!!

I was expecting one with the new packaging inside the box (see attached image), very cool method!!

I guess in the unlikely event that we did get anything leaking, that new method of packing material sure would of sorted that out.

Anyhow, I’m one very happy customer (yet again) and I hope you all have a great day!!

Hello NH,

Thanks so much for posting! I really appreciate your feedback. We had to recently update our packaging protocol, and this is the first batch of feedback we’ve seen on it.

Because we’d rather not educate our competition to our packaging practices, I’ve tucked this post into moderation.

Feel free to let us know if we can make things awesomer for you in the future.

Warmly
Brian
