Here in Canada you don’t even need to go to Iraq. We hed this crazy firearms registration program that was supposed to cost $86 million and it ended up costing over $1 billion with no way to get back the lost money. It just makes you sick and I think you would be hard pressed to find a government where it doesn’t happen.
