Well, you will be glad to hear they do work but you still need to walk the walk too - ie your behaviour needs to be appropriate with the choice of pheros.
Maybe you could tell us a little more about yourself? eg uour age, appearance, general demeanour and how you hope pheros might help you along. Then we can give some advice/answers.

Well, for the products working… YES, I’d say… check out my thread Amazing in a Bottle that I have on my link below where I put Instant Shine through its paces… Never tried a mone product before that… I use IS regularly now.

If it’s confidence you’re looking for… well, I’d have to wonder, to do what? As a FF and paramedic, you have to have had a need to project your authority and sometimes even demand respect from people who were not cooperative. You likely already have some either innate or cultivated leader vibe.
If it’s confidence to approach women, I’d say some AMMOx2 strength would do you good. It gives me a comfortable to be in my own skin, ready to look others in the eye and just talk… It projects this vibe and I act in accordance!
If it’s a confidence in breaking the ice, then IO would be good for that! I feel that others just see me as easier to talk to… though, I need to be in congruence with that signal. If I have a frown on, and harumph to everyone who looks at me, then, the influence that IO presents will be negated.
Let us know what you finally decide!
BTW, it took about 5 days from the time I first posted to the time I got my first GC from AD…

When you get to the AMMO product page, it’ll have a quantity and a drop down menu for the strength… all 2x means is that 1 spray of it is equal to 2 sprays of the regular AMMO. The older we get the less mones we produce, so you can handle a 2x strength so that you won’t be a walking perfume store…
