Bit of an introduction first . I am a (young) 53 year old that likes to keep in shape . Well I do now 3 years ago was a different proposition . Back then I weighed 16 st and had a waistline of 48" . Now after getting my weight down to 11st with a 32" waist I am a lot more confident and outgoing . It has been a long time since I dated anyone , probably down to lack of confidence in myself due to my size .
But the new me is rocking it !
OK that’s the intro done so onto my Journal .
I have a deep interest in a girl at work and we tend to flirt back and forth during the day but she has me firmly in the Friend zone so I decided I should have a go with Pheromones .
A rival product started me off and got the flirting going but the bottle was lost so I started searching online and found this forum and shop .
So on thursday last week , after a bit of reading on here I placed my first order which promptly got delivered to me today . 4 days from the States to UK impressive .
I ordered the following IS 2X , IH 2X , Ammo 2X ,and Tuth All togo bottles.
Good shower this evening and tomorrow morning so I have a good clean base to start from .
I will be starting with the IS on its own 2 sprays at first to see what if any effects I get then slowly change the dosage until I find my sweet spot .

Had a sniff at all of them (you have to really don’t you) The ammo smell is quite strong but hopefully it will die off a bit during my 30 min drive to work . The IS is nice and I feel it could be a keeper . IH not sure of maybe a sensory overload of smells in my small room at this stage !
Advice wanted now . I start work at 6am and work through till 5.30 pm , my target works from about 7-7-30 am till 5.30 .
My work is physical and a lot of my time is outdoors . Best time to apply these and should I reapply , if so when ?

Another would be IS to the neck , IH to the wrists (prob lower arms) where is best to apply the ammo , chest , neck or over the top of the others ?
Remember that Instant Honesty’s self effects can backfire . You’ll want to direct the effects towards others, mostly. Better not sniff the thing from the bottle and apply it to your hands or wrists, never neck or near face. Or else, you’ll probably spill some unwanted beans, lol
Reapply? There is no science for that. You’ll have to observe after which period the effects start to wear off for each products. Also, it varies from individual to individual and depends on climate, humidity, body heat, etc. If you feel you need it, just reapply. The to-go bottles are great for on the go top-ups.
Fear not to ask any questions. Your journal is a great place to get direct feedback from other users of this friendly community. Every question is legitimate.
Ammo go for the neck. IH, like mentionned above, wrists or hands, IS neck is great. Better not layer for now (on top of the other), apply to different spots.
But please, test each product solo before doing mixes and determine your best dose for each.

Right then let’s make a start .
Day one of testing .
I sprayed 2 sprays of IS on my neck as I left for work this morning at 6am giving it plenty of time to settle down a bit during the 30 min journey .
I felt quite good about myself to be honest . Maybe because I was caught up inside the small confines of a car ? Regardless it made a difference to me .
Had a message from her at about 7.30am asking if I could pick her up from home as her car had died . Not a problem I thought as she would also get the full benefit of it inside a car .
Picked her up and her chattiness increased 10 fold ! I mean she is a chatty person anyway but she was in overdrive this morning .
Got to work and she went to get her desk sorted for the day while I went to make us both a drink . She arrived in my part of the workplace and again with the chat !
Staring at me while I wasn’t looking and openly staring at me when I was looking into her eyes talking .
She asked me if I had a new aftershave on and I said yes and invited her to smell my neck . That was one long sniff !
Anyways our work had to start but she was hanging around as our paths cross quite often during the day .
By 1pm I thought that the effects were wearing down as they would after 7 hours of sweaty work so applied another 2 sprays . Disaster , think I had too much and OD , got a headache and a quick dizzy spell . had a walk around outside to clear my head and after 30 mins or so I was right as rain again .
All in all I think that I may apply 0ne spray in the morning then a second at lunch time. to carry through the afternoon period .
I feel that 2 sprays is adequate for me at the moment .
I may try 1 x Is and 1 X ammo tomorrow to see how that works out . I cant really OD one 1 spray !
More tomorrow (The IH will be a while down the track at the moment ) .
Nice work. I suggest you try Ammo solo first . Learn its effects before mixing with IS.
OK I will try it solo tomorrow morning . What sort of effect and self effect is it designed to give ? I know it will be different for all people but a sort of idea what it will do will help .
Ammo? I t can vary from individual form individual. But for me it looks like this:
Self-effect: I feel flirty and charming
Girls: Attraction, light dishibition, IOIs, invasion of personal space
Guys: Laidback and friendly (I am talking straight man to straight man here).
Please report what you get .
Ammo is a nice all arounder. I get respect from guys and women are attracted to me when used solo. I am 36 now and can go to 5 sprays with no problem when used solo although the scent can be a bit much. I would try 1 or even 2 sprays should be good. Ammo is a 3 pheromone belnd where you get Androstenone for attraction from the women and also because this thing is buffered it can help get you respect from guys, Androsterone will give you status, and the third one is one of the Nols I can’t remember, but this helps with comfort.
So very balanced indeed.
Day two of testing .
As usual left for work at 6am and applied 2 sprays of ammo to my neck .
When she turned up for our usual morning chat and cup of tea she commented on my cologne . Told her I had imported a load of different ones from the States trying to find one I like . Again she bent her head and had a good long sniff . Sat back down and then got up again for another one ! " Oh yes " she said "this one suits you " .
She sat down facing me legs uncrossed teasing her hair . I paid no attention to the hair teasing as she does it almost continuously throughout the day . The legs uncrossed facing me could be a hit though .
It absolutely poured it down all day today at work and most of my time was spent outside getting soaked which I think killed off any scent I had .
So just before leaving work just to see what would happen I had one spray of tuth on its own on my chest , knowing that I was going to be sat close to her alone in the office for half an hour before going home .
What a change , talking rude instead of the usual chat ,facing me again legs uncrossed and I am sure she was blushing but not 100% on this . Definate hits there I think !
Been a good day all told . Dragged upstairs by my manager and told I have a promotion which kicks in on Monday with a 50% rise on what I am on now . This has nothing to do with Mones as it has been in the pipeline for a while .
But a good thing about it is that I get to spend more time in the office !
Not sure what to try tomorrow .

To be honest I was just intrigued by the tuth , wanting to see what effect it had .
It didn’t have any self effect that I noticed but it definately affected her !
At work I get a lot of respect from every single person who works there as I have been in this trade for 23 years and know how to handle people in that environment . My esteem will also go up on monday when I get into management and off the shop floor . Nobody there knows yet so it could be a fun day !
That might be a day to try out IH .
Quiet day today as my lady friend was on leave , but used 2 x ammo (just the once this time) and had quite a good day . Everyone happy and showing respect , even a gobby young apprentice who thinks he is Gods gift , take a step back kid !
Not a lot to report really as most of the rest of my week will be taken up finishing off my jobs and work .

Thinking about 2 X ammo and 1 X IS tomorrow , mix it up a little bit . I think I am happy with 2 X ammo (double strength) , it feels right for me and gets me respect without being in your face . I like the way IS makes people smile and feel good as well as my own feelgood factor self effect .
We will see.

An interesting development . I have just been in a phone conversation with a mutual female friend of hers . She knows I have feelings for this lady and also knows that I am in the friendzone .
It transpires that the lady in question suffers from Anxiety and always sees the downside to anything before any positives . As such she places me as a friend who she doesn’t want to lose before possible boyfriend where we may be incompatible and she loses me as that friend .
Difficult one but one that I am not about to give up on !
btw mutual friend does not know about my use of mones .
Decided also going to add a half spray of tuth . Devil be dammned ! Get her interested first thing . She knows I were out tonight and anything might of happened . Let her wonder for a change ! LOL
They reckon they want what they cant get so I have heard ?
