It’s a blend that uses essential oils also known to be calming. It includes clary.
Either non-herbal or herbal will be smellable to most people. The pheromone only blend will smell pheromonal (and very strongly so to some noses), while the herbal blend smells… you know, herbal. 
If an herbal, sort of sweet and grass like smell is acceptable to you, that’s the one I’d get. The EOs were carefully chosen for their own pheromone-like properties, so herbal version works best for most people.
