Instant Shine opposite effects?

This seems really weird but I feel depressed instead when I use IS X2. The first time I used it made me think it was just not my day, however this is the 3rd time now that I feel stressed out whenever I use IS. It makes me think of my problems more for some reason. Application is 2 sprays behind my neck. I probably just have a bad week because I didn’t really noticed the advertised effects, same with the AMMO as well… any inputs or same experience?

How long after application did this kick-in?

IME IS can produce some negative effects after a few hours/topups if you let yourself get run down/tired or are drinking steadily. Ensuring you have a bit of rest and decent food or at least an electrolyte replacing, non alcoholic drink now and then can help offset this. Try searching “IS crash” for some more discussion.

Alphanol can produce something similar but not so marked, so that could explain Ammo. Again, pacing yourself a bit can help.

I felt down after 30-45mins

OK - that is fast. :frowning:

Often, with IS, more than almost any other phero, the hardest-hitting and most obvious self effects good or bad do happen when you first start using it. IS is also one of the quickest for your body to adjust to. So if you can keep using it at maybe a lower dose, you may find you adapt in a few more days. If not, all I can suggest is you make use of AD’s return policy and try something else without TAA or Alphanol - Not all pheros will work the same way for everyone, so maybe you need a different approach and a process of elimination might have to be the way to go?

Whats your diet like ? Do you suffer from any conditions like depression, anxiety extreme stress etc etc. I know this question seems unrelated but its quite relevant.

If your neurotransmitters are not balanced to begin with. People who suffer from these type conditions have opposite affects to certain putatives. Good news is they also tend to have positive affects with ones that others either OD on or don’t feel anything with. It just takes a bit of testing to find which ones work best for you.

Its unusual for Ishine or Anol (in ammo) to make you feel down this quickly. It indicates a rapid depletion of the neurotransmitters. Don’t worry sounds serious but they will replenish if your getting the correct amino acids. Most people don’t because they eat processed crap all the time.

If you eat a lot of processed crap its possible the mones were enough to push you into depletion and give you that down feeling. Caffeine and alcohol will contribute to depletion as well.

Get yourself a good multivitamin with all the amino acids in it. You could just use Braggs Aminos in your cooking as well.

Give it a week and try again. Lower your dosage. When you say IS 2X I am assuming that means 2 sprays and not that you bought 2X the strength. Spraying to the back of the neck is a good ideal as well.

Not saying this is definitely whats occurring but its worth a try to find out. I have seen it happen before. Couple easy fixes and people use them with no issues.

If it doesn’t work you can return them like Mobo suggested.

Thanks for all the responses. I have a pretty healthy diet but I do eat junk/fast foods as well like twice a week. What I meant on the 2x is the 2X strength, sorry if I was not clear but only the IS makes me feel down. The AMMO has no effects at all besides from the insanely strong smell,

OK, 2 sprays 2x is quite a lot to be starting off with and I would expect some pretty obvious self effects from that. Maybe back down to one spray for a couple of days/outings and see how you get on?

Ahh ok you bought the 2X. Thats probably part of the problem. Your crashing early. IS can make you feel tired at first. Its like caffeine sort of it takes the body time to adjust to it. I would even suggest scaling back to half a spray for a few days then moving up slowly so your body can adjust to it.

Junk 2 days a week shouldn’t do much harm but I would still look into using that Multi.

I am adjusting to IS, so I know it can be acclimated to. I was spraying two sprays at 1x strentgh and I was going from happy to bummed very quickly- within the hour actually.
So I have been using 1x on my forearms or behind my neck and so far so good.

about the neurotransmitter idea.. My diet is very good, and I supplement my diet alot with aminos, as well as other supplements. I can’t imagine I would be short on any of them. Yet these pheros have really been taking me for a ride as far as self effects are concerned- IS has made me tired almost instantly when first used, TUTH has made me angry, IO has made me feel dizzy (still waiting to work on adjusting to that down the road…

Is it really a neurotransmitter thing? or is ther something else going on with some of us that makes us so sensitive in the beginning?

For the record, A314, ammo and IH have been smooth and easy use. Weird.

Yes - Increased aggression is exacty what you might expect from the overt none in TUTH and alphanol can promote giddyness for a while - You will adjust to these but it may take a bit longer than the TAA in IS.

Ammo’s balance does not surprise me at all and the cool/smooth/capable feel of rone and betanol is maybe closer to your pre-mone personality, so any effects are more easily reconciled?
