I am 24 white male from eastern europe.
I have bought instant shine double strength more than a year ago and i was very satisfied with the results, i had few dates and they all were very good. However, after a few nights with the same girl i couldn’t get in touch anymore. They refused me with no reason at all, like nothing ever happened.
My question is, should i buy IS double strength again, or should i go with the regular?

Personally, I would stick with the double strength if its been good for you already.
And although it is more generally advised to start with the 1x product and do your sweet spot testing from them, there are one or two products where it is pretty much safe at any age/situation to go for the 2x product - and Instant Shine is the top of that list. You seldom see people using just one spray! 
How sexual were those dates? Remember that IS is not a sexual product by itself - although with the right supporting behaviour it can help you project an inherently sexy fun/social/carefree/playful worldview but you may have been better to combine it with something more all-round attractive sexy like Ammo, or the more determinedly sexual environments (clubs/parties/1-on-1 time), something more full-on like TUTH - at your age, the 1x products would be an advised starting point, at least until you had found your dose range and if it worked out ok, it could be worth moving to 2x as an effective economy/scent control measure.
what would be the 2nd product for double strength? IO?
IH would be my choice if you want to get under a woman"s skin in all the right ways, I’m a huge fan of the IH / IS combo - it’s widely wearable and has good conversation properties but with a bonding / sharing aspect that IO lacks. It is also IME more useful with a wider range of products compared to IO. Again mu baseline IH ism double strength and I’m also very fond of the sort of ‘it was just meant to happen’ mixes that you can get with high dose IH and a sexual - but the cost of IH means I don’t use them as often as I used to.
You could then tune it’s sexual impact with TUTH or P75 as the situation requires
