Well, I’m still new to this too, but they say we should test one at a time first so we get a feel for how it works and how many sprays work for us. I’m still just using shine though I did use IS/a once on a date. So maybe just try shine alone and up the sprays.
Lots of people mix lots of pheros with really good results, but they’ve all been using them longer than us. Try each one alone for at least 4 or 5 days (though I think they recommend a week) and see how it works. If you don’t notice any effects on people around you at 2 sprays, try 3… increase until you find the # of sprays that works best for you - and others around you 
That was pretty much what I did and it seemed to work well. I got a really good feel for shine and what it does and found my ‘sweet spot’, as river put it so well.
Others with way more experience will probably chime in at some point, but from reading back a lot of pages (up to 50) in this forum, it seems this is the best way to get the sense of each pheromone spray.
