Most important thing first: Don’t expect too much from using your pheromones! I’m using pheros for quite a while and have to say that the effects are quite subtle most of time. There’s this big hit from time to time, but they aren’t as frequent as I’d wish!

Second important point: There’s no dosage suggestion that fits everybody! There are people on this board who can wear a lot of Ammo while others can only wear like one single spray without overdosing (an overdose can cause people to avoid you, or just ignore you - sometimes even be aggressive). Most of the time the dosage can be upped with higher age. Seeing you are 21 I’d recommend you start with a single spray of Ammo - wear this for a week and see if you get any ‘hits’. If not, you can up the dosage. If you receive aggressive reactions from others you’ve probably gone too high!
Using Instant Shine is much easier as there’s barely a chance to overdose.
You see, every pheromone user first has to learn which products and how much of them they can use for good effects. You’ll have to do a little work first…
