using any.my situation is this..im 37 and ive never had a girlfriend

Hi Phantom and welcome to the forums! I am a fairly new user as well,m and I can tell you, these things really work. You have to understand they don’t do everything though. Take a look at the thread in my signature about “what pheromones can and can’t do”. It will give you a lot of information on the topic.
As for too much -none, yes it can be a problem, causing irritability and aggression from men, and a “ghosting” effect which makes women want to avoid you completely because your pheromone signature is so intimidating.
A lot of other products are rubbish, but this community actually dedicates time and science and research to make very good products, leaving everyone else in the dust.
You should take a look at the products offered and what they do in the Men’s pheromone guide (also linked in my signature). It can help you decide what would best work for you, but as for my suggestion about your lady friend, I would try some IO, Instant Shine, TUTH (or Ammo for a more subtle effect), and IG, depending on your personality.
Are you shy or outgoing? Do you plan to use these soley for getting the girls, or for social and work enviroment? Supplying this information can give us a better ide of what we can recommend, and also qualify you for a nice $25 gift certificate.

I Highly recommend you get Ammo, that’s one of the first pheromones that I bought and I apply it at work and I notice a big change. I work at a nail salon and I see that a lot of women have been staring at me like I’m a piece of meat with legs.

The spray pheromones last anywhere from 3-8 hours, with the best hits in the first 3 or 4 hours. after that they start to die down a bit but are still there just more subtle.
The oil based pheromones (this is a314) last long because it diffuses the pheromones at a slower rate. And yes, its a favorite here. If you ever need proof pheromones work, this is usually the go to stuff. It gives you a powerful, alpha vibe paired with trust and respect. It’s sometimes described as giving you the “James Bond effect”. really cool and suave.
As far as quantity wise, the sprays last about 3-4 months depending on usage, they contain 200 sprays. The oil based a314 last a bit longer. From the store page:
“A314 comes in a light oil base with a minor blend of real essential oils, which allows it to last all day. The 10ml bottle lasts up to a half year at the recommended 2 drops per day, when you take two days off per week.”
So oil based lasts longer both in daily hourage and in quantity. The reason sprays are used for most of the products is because it diffuses the pheromones better and makes them much more pronounced than oil. a314 is powerful enough though that it does not need that kind of help.

Ammo is a great product and can be used at work. Turn up the heat is not for work environments, depending on certain situations can give off the wrong idea.

before i FOUND this forum i bought a cologne called “score” on ebay..man i was disapointed it did nothing at all!
probably a scam! ..it claimed to have pheromones in it but i cant realy say for sure, but after hearing all this advice it lets me know there realy are working pheromones out there so thanks everyone! im also curious, anyone know if a combo of alpha-314 would be too much if added alongside with ammo? i dont want to, i think overdose is the words? so any advice on that would be cool..also i would like to know how these pheromones would affect different races of women? in example my lady friend at work is latino but id also want to know the affects on caucasion women, black women etc.. Don’t be afraid to spray several sprays of ammo because it is bufferd and harder to OD on. A134 you have to be very careful of. I have OD’d on this stuff a few times and it can make you very intimidating to the point that people will avoid you. Everyones limit will be different but for me 4 drops of A314 max!-very potent. If you are shy you probably come off as too nice at times too. Instant Jerk would be a good one to counteact that- not a real beginners product though, 2 sprays max. Stay away from Phrelure. I have seen no results with this product and I suspect it might be a scam. Good Luck!
