Yes they are real and do work.
For breaking the ice you can go for IO or IH. These products are good for promoting comfortability in talking with strangers.

Yes they really do work but they are not magic by any means. I always say they are more like subtle hints. They help grease the skids so to speak but like anything in life, the real work will be up to you. You can put pheromones on, but if you just sit there and do not talk to anyone, your body language will override the pheromones.

There is a thread in my signature block that talks about just this subject.

There are a few options for breaking the ice. Jdub gave you a couple. IH is one of my favorites but a combination of IShine and IO are usually the big recommendation for getting general conversation going. IO tends to create a chatterbox around me so I prefer the IH. A lot of conversation but at least they are talking about things that are important to them lol.

Pheromones do work and rather well indeed! There is plenty of info on here to browse through and would look around the men’s section at the journals and you will see.
