i’d like some input from users who have both the spray and oil forms of akuto. i’m formulating my next massive order and thinking about trying the akuto spray scent in some pheros. i enjoy akuto as a nice “reserved” scent where you want to smell nice but don’t want to smell too outgoing like game or too “bright” like neroli. my gf likes it as well.
In my opinion the scent is stronger in the spray version.
I am sure the guys will have more imput on this though.

I can’t comment on the scent in A314 but I use Akuto scented Instant Gentleman all the time with fantastic results. It is much more congruent with my personality than the Game scent and seems to diffuse very well. I also get a lot of complements with it.
I am planning on trying Ammo with the Akuto scent just to see if it will work better for me than the Game scented Ammo. I’m definitely placing another order of Instant Gentleman with it, though.
this was my thought. in my experience with pheros, room sprays/oils, whatever, the oils last longer and provide a constant but mild(er) scent. the sprays provide a stronger burst of scent (room sprays) but do not last as long. i like the akuto in a314 because in the appropriate environments, it’s not too strong when the target is just lingering around and in the case of my gf, when she gets close to me, it’s just strong enough to heighten the effects. the akuto will be going into some ptives so the “cloud” isn’t an issue, just the scent. i can wait for some more input from guys.
i agree. androtics really nailed their scents down in the different products – an upbeat neroli for ishine, a smooth game for ammo, and a “gentlemanly” akuto for a314 and related products. some of the ptives i’m looking to order aren’t quite suited for game (when used alone) and i already have some in neroli, so i figured i’d give akuto a shot.
I wrote about what I think is the Akuto scent in my new journal, the Evolution of Pheromones.
A314 is my only experience I have with Akuto, and I must say it smells like ass mingled with hippie/headshop EO. Not a nice scent. Fortunately, Androtics makes a custom version of A314 for Love Scent and it contains a different fragrance package: a much better smelling spicy scent. Much more professional in tone unlike the Graceful Dead fest vibe of akuto A314. Also the LS A314 oil carrier is lighter so it’s a lot easier to get out of the friggen bottle.
Akuto was also in the Chemical Romance test pack and while it is stronger, it also is more masculine and most like it. It is stronger in the spray version
Maybe that is why the women I know like it so much! I spend a lot of time around people in the metaphysical community. Anyone that doesn’t smell like patchouli mixed with stale bong is a good thing.
