Im 16 years old I still go to school and was wondering if alpha phermone could help me with the ladies a little bit
Lot of people recommend using Socials for younger age wearers. IG is also recommended as it doesn’t much androstenone.
Other than the Alpha and Beta nol type mones, you have -rones which are of the alpha type. Wearing too much can be challenging to other alpha behaving males. It can also make you seem more of a “serious, non-friendly” person if you don’t act accordingly on how you want to be seen as. i.e. act non-threatening if you are already a very serious personality person. The right amount gets you decent respect form both genders and over a length of ages.
IG contains this rone, and I think Alpha nols is the other pheromone in it? Correct me if wrong. So IG is nice to wear if you can’t afford the AD socials. IS is always a good one to get too, but I’d grab IG before IS in my opinion.
The main thing you want to steer away from using too much of, or even at all, is androstenone based products.
You are perhaps a bit too young.
Try something like IG instead. it has some of the same pheromones found in a314 but it does not have none in it which will definitely cause you some OD at your age.
What if I am 20-21 years old would you also recommend for me not use none products. Not sure how much of a difference 4/5 years does though
It an make a surprising difference.
Your None output is at its highest around puberty and the closer you are to that, the less you may need to add. By your early 20s, it will have already fallen a fair bit.
In addition, girls around your age are at their most sensitive to none naturally and will very likely react poorly to a higher, rather than lower dose. This is one of evolution’s little nasty surprises for us.
Also, in younger girls, attraction tends to have a different character compared to older and is more a broad-based sexy/social/“smart” thing (with the odd exception) that involves their feelings being engaged on all levels but as they age, it changes to a more overtly sexual thing. Mid to late 20s is usually when they start moving from one preference to the other but it takes a while and its not that clear-cut in practice.
actually I already experienced and OD with Ammo(luckily it was with a girl that I was not interested in anyways but I also noticed I was getting really irritated alot by certain people) which is why I am asking about this. The problem was I bought mostly none products but this was before I discovered this forum so after reading alot of threads here I decided to order social this time around but I also decided to get a bottle of alpha. I dont want the ammo to go to waste though so what would be a good mix with the ammo when it comes to the social ones and how much exactly
Personally, I would suggest you look at Summer Ammo and IG to begin with. Instant Shine is also very useful in all sorts of ways.
Summer Ammo has two extra molecules in the mix that add a chilled/feelgood air and the P130 has proved very useful around younger women with None - seems to make it much more acceptable.
Although Androstenone-based, IG is steered in a smart/youthful direction that will probably suit your age and those around you much better - on its own or in combination. Instant Shine is all-round useful at any age! 
If you have Ammo already, then IO is an excellent moderator and you can use small amounts of A314 alongside it but it won’t moderate that much - in fact it may make OD effects you are getting worse. Similarly, IS will help a bit at making the responses more acceptable but it won’t moderate as much as nols - So IO and IG are still the better choices here IMO.
